His mother Betty Bayo has sparked a heated debate after sharing disturbing details about the singer’s death.

Bayo died on November 10 at the Kenyatta National Hospital, where he was being treated for leukemia.
He was buried in an emotional ceremony at his home in Mugumo Estate in Kiambu county.
Why Betty Bayo’s mother wants her body to be exhumed
During the TikTok Live with TikToker Shiru from Oakland, the American-based mother narrated the details of her daughter’s last moments on earth before she died. Joyce Wairimu claimed her daughter suffered in her marriage before her untimely death.
Wairimu painfully recalled their last conversation, claiming that Bayo had asked him why he left her alone in Kenya.
During Live, Wairimu demanded an immediate post-mortem to determine the exact cause of her daughter’s death, saying the family needs clarification and answers.
Wairumu, who plans to return to Kenya, appeared to disagree with the initial report that Bayo died of cancer, calling for an autopsy.
“The post-mortem examination needs to be done because my child cried to me, asking why and who I left him with. I also need my documents and everything of Betty. For example, why is my ID still there? What are they doing with it? The burial permit, why does he have it? Even the name written on it needs to be changed. He refused to attend meetings where I could tell him this. Those children need to leave. If it is possible today, I would like those children to leave there. Everyone should tell Kanyari that’s what I said. They can be sent to Wanjiku,” he said during the live show.
