Sandra Dacha took to social media to announce Bilal’s death with an emotional post.
What happened to Bilal Wanjau?
He shared a video where he and the actor were having fun while helping Bilal stand up.
Dacha announced the cause of Bilal’s death.
He revealed that the actor died of complications related to diabetes.
The actress revealed that her funeral is scheduled for Friday, December 12, Machakos, and asked Kenyans to mention her in their prayers.
TUKO.co.ke discovered his last post on TikTok. The August 5 video showed a different side of the actor.
He was happy and sang with great enthusiasm.
She sang along to Chris De Burgh’s The Lady in Red, with a microphone close to her mouth.

Tony Sherman, in an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, paid tribute to his acting colleague with a touching tribute:
“I am heartbroken to hear of the death of Bilal, a great actor who is always happy on set. Always laughing and funny. I remember when he was doing the MCA feature, he did really well. Rest in peace, BAZENGA 🕊,” he said.
Bilal’s fan, Alaine Akinyi, also mourned the actor in a touching tribute. He said:
“Wanjau was one of the best actors of our time. He was very passionate about his work and I will remember him for his great acting skills and his commercial roles. From Tahidi High, Gavanq, Njoroge wa Uba to Hullabaloo Estate, he certainly made us happy. He was brilliant! He is irreplaceable! May his soul rest in perfect peace. My prayers to his family and colleagues in the industry.”

Death of Betty Bayo
In other news, the gospel music star Betty Bayo He died in November. The singer was diagnosed with leukemia.
He was buried on his farm in Kiambu, surrounded by family and friends, a week after his death.
