Bahati has been open for many years about growing up as an orphan and the various challenges he encountered while living in an orphanage.
A woman claims she is Bahati’s mother
The woman in the viral video claimed to be his mother and left him at an orphanage because she had trouble raising him.
He noted that all of this is God’s plan for Luck to succeed.
“Lucky, please forgive me. Even though you were told that your mother died. I took you to a children’s home, and the reason I took you there was that I was not able to raise you. I saw the kind of life I was living, and I knew I would lose you. You never know God’s plan. He had plans for you. Look if you lived another life, we would take you home,” he said.
The mother apologized to Bahati and asked him to find her, adding that they would do a DNA test.
“I ask for your forgiveness, and come and find me, please, even if we have to do a DNA test. You are my child. I see you on TV, and it bothers me how I will find you. It was luck that I saw the shepherd, and I asked him to help me. Luck, please find me,” he said.
The musician has responded and added that he saw his mother being buried years ago, but he admitted that the woman’s message confused him.
He asked for advice from his fans about what he should do.
