The brave daughter revealed that her aunt died on the same day that the official mourning period for Raila (40 days) ended.

“Today was the end of the official mourning period. 40 days are over. I know you are in a good place, Aunt. Rest in peace,” he wrote on a photo that showed his late father (Raila) with Beryl.

Beryl’s body was taken to Lee Funeral Home, as announced by the Kisumu women’s representative, Ruth Odinga.

Lee Funeral Home, were surrounded by members of the ODM party who came in large numbers to support the family of the deceased.

“Right now we are at Lee Funeral Home, where the remains of our beloved sister, Beryl Achieng Odinga, are being kept. Thank you to our friends and colleagues who came to mourn with us in this difficult time,” Ruth wrote on her Facebook post.
