“People should not think that we are not politicians, and I want to tell you that even the one walking here is called Natembeya. I want to tell him that in 2027 we will stop a very strong candidate Trans Nzoia who will show him the door and bring him home,” said Mudavadi.

Mudavadi warned the governor of Trans Nzoia against what he termed as aggressive political movements, asking him to stop attacking the leaders of the national government.

Will Mudavadi stop the candidate Trans Nzoia?

According to Mudavadi, Natembeya’s political outlook shows that he believes he has already achieved national prominence, yet he is still only serving his first term of elected office.

Mudavadi pointed out that in 2027, Natembeya will remain in tears as the government candidate will emerge as the winner of the governor’s seat.

“He has just completed his first term and he already thinks he is the most famous person in the world. My friend, you will not cross Trans Nzoia. You will be walking here and there in tears because we will bring a candidate who will remove you. We are coming to remove you,” said the Minister.

The governor was in Chwele-Kabuchai ward on Saturday, November 22, where he was canvassing for the DAP-K candidate for the November 27 by-election.

While he was addressing the residents who had gathered in large numbers, a panic suddenly arose when thugs attacked from different directions, and gunshots were heard in the area.

When the residents ran to safety, Natembeya remained standing without showing fear, as if he was not worried about the danger that existed.

Natembeya linked the attack to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetang’ula, who is from the same area.

According to him, the attack came from Wetang’ula’s house, which is believed to be adjacent to the field where they were holding their meeting and is also close to Kalasinga’s house.
