Kanyari and Tash have been trending online as Kenyans wonder who will stay with the two children, Sky and Danny.
When their mother was alive, she got along well with the pastor and they had no worries.
Kanyari paid his children’s fees, and recently leaked screenshots proving that he was taking care of them.
Bayo often sent her messages, reminding her that she needed to pay for her children’s fees and activities.
On the other hand, the children praised their stepfather, Hiram Gitau, aka Tash. They called him father.
Kanyari previously admitted that her daughter made her get along with Tash. Sky confirmed that the two met in 2024.
Photos of the two meeting each other warmed hearts on social media, and fans admired their co-parenting style.

After Bayo’s burial, Kanyari was seen talking to Tash, and the two seemed to have a long conversation.

Unbeknownst to Kanyari, after the burial while he was on his way home, one of his group members was on the live stream.
Speaking about Tash Kanyari he said: “From the way I see things, he wants us to fight with him about the issue, he even told me that there was a day when I upset the children.”

Why did Kanyari’s brother apologize?
In other news, Kanyari’s brother, Jackson, who is also a preacher, apologized after his remarks about being detained.
Jackson said that the children belonged to his brother as he is their biological father.
The preacher also added that his children were waiting to play with his niece and nephew.
He later apologized to Kenyans, saying that he meant no harm.
