The horrifying clip, which went viral on social media, showed the employer stomping on the Kenyan worker several times.

In a story that has touched the hearts of Kenyans, the angry boss was seen lifting a piece of tin and hitting him with it while his colleagues looked on, not knowing what to do.

The attack, captured in a moment of unbridled rage, left many viewers shocked—not only by the brutality, but also by the worker’s complete lack of defense.

A second video emerged showing the two men, now calm, shaking hands as a sign of reconciliation.

The employer, who had been violent before, seemed remorseful about his action. Unconfirmed reports state that he offered a salary increase as a sign of apology.

In the second video, the worker was heard speaking softly but firmly, confirming that he had put the incident behind him.

“I have forgiven him and I am ready to continue working here. From now on, we will look for peaceful ways to resolve our differences and we will not listen to people’s words,” he said.
