His death has sparked a debate over who will take custody of his children, Danivictor and Sky Victor.

Betty had her children with her ex-husband, Pastor Victor Kanyari, although they separated.

Later Betty found a new love and married Hiram Gitau, alias Tash, with whom they lived and the children were very close to.

Contrary to the claims, he explained that there is no conflict between him, Tash, or Betty’s family.

“I have never sat down with Tash or her family and we had an argument. Right now, if Betty woke up and found us fighting about the children, she would be very shocked. I have no quarrel with anyone, no hatred. I don’t want to see anyone insulting the family,” said Kanyari.

He also warned netizens against stirring up drama, saying Betty would not enjoy controversy about her children.

Who will take custody of Betty Bayo’s children?

The custody battle continued to heat up after Tash was seen meeting with the city attorney, raising questions about whether they were discussing child issues.

However, it turned out that the meeting was about a brand ambassador deal for Sky, not about sponsorship. Despite that, rumors continued about where the children would live.

Pastor Kanyari has clearly announced that he is ready to receive his children. He revealed that he has found a house worth KSh 90 million in Runda to provide them with a safe and comfortable home.

He continued to emphasize his commitment to his children, explaining how he is committed to ensuring they are properly cared for.
