A woman from Kashani area in Bamburi ward, Mombasa County, reportedly fainted on Monday night after realizing that the land she had bought while working in the Gulf had been sold by her mother.

The woman, who is a single mother of one, had sacrificed several years to work in the Gulf country, carefully saving her earnings to buy a piece of land at home, a sign of her hard work and dedication.

However, when he returned to Kenya, he was deeply saddened to discover that his mother had secretly sold the property and given the money to a local pastor.
According to the Msenangu FM station, the woman gave herself up in a state of disbelief before fainting as she was overcome with shock and grief.
