He explained that he was mourning the late former prime minister Raila Odingaand he needed time alone to grieve.
What did a Kenyan woman say to her boyfriend after asking for a chance?
While seeming to be annoyed by his response, the woman made a statement implying that her lover was not one of the deceased politician’s relatives.
According to him, it did not make sense that he was asking for space on that, noting that he did not think that Raila’s daughter, Winnie, had the same behavior as her boyfriend.
“I’m mourning, my love, and I need this time for myself. Don’t be weird, I’ll find time to call you,” he said.

After yelling, the man promised to find a time to call him, but this seemed to make him even more angry.
“So you want me to wait for you to find me at night if I’m a mutura seller? Just mourn, and I hope I will mourn your death too,” he sent her a message.
The man sent a sticker expressing his shock at the woman’s text, but she responded by blocking their contact.

- President William Ruto ordered Raila to be given a national funeral, complete with military honors.
Will Raila be mourned for 40 days?
Previously, TUKO.co.ke reported that David Osiany, a close associate of the late ODM leader, confirmed that mourning will continue beyond the official ceremony.
According to Osiany, the traditional mourning period would last 40 days to mark an important phase of reflection and remembrance of the great leader.
He also said Raila’s demand for a 72-hour funeral was a planned decision, given his national influence.
