Following this, a video of Kahiga joining Kenyans in mourning Raila’s death has emerged.

Did Kahiga celebrate Raila’s death?

Speaking on Tuesday, October 21, at the burial ceremony, Kahiga seems to claim that Raila’s death was an answered prayer for the residents of Mount Kenya.

He argued that Raila’s agreement with Rutowhich led to the creation of a broad government, deprived the Mt Kenya region of its resources and development.

He claimed that his native area was neglected, while all development projects were directed to Nyanza and Western Kenya.

Kahiga pointed out that since Raila is dead, Ruto will have to rethink his parties and bring the area back under the government.

Not having assessed the seriousness of his statements, Kenyans, including politicians, called Kahiga about his remarks.
