Many gathered at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on the morning of Thursday, October 16, awaiting the arrival of his body.
Leaders and residents were seen in videos and photos shared online at the stadium, while many others watched the progress of the plane. Kenya Airways carrying Raila’s body, eagerly awaiting his arrival.
How did Ida and Junior Odinga get to JKIA?
In some photos, Raila’s beloved wife, Ida Odingaand your son, Junior Odinga, were seen when they arrived at the stadium to receive his body.
Mother and son, visibly sad, walked side by side, joined by other members of the community.
