William Ruto Achanga Ksh 50m for church construction, SAKAJA GIVES LAND

President William Ruto has donated KSh 500 million for the construction of the African Independent Pentecostal Church of Kenya (AIPCK).

The president’s promise followed after the governor of Nairobi, Johnson Sakajapromising to provide the church with a five -acre piece of land for the great project.

Speaking during the AIPCK church service on Sunday, October 12, Sakaja said he was encouraged by the president’s generosity Ruto as well as his commitment to supporting the construction of churches across the country.

“I have spoken to the President, and we have agreed. Said Sakaja.

Ruto, accepting Sakaja’s request, told the believers that he was ready to participate in the project and promised a donation of KSh 50 million for the first phase of construction. He also promised to give more money until the project was completed.

Ruto said the AIPCK Church was largely involved in the Kenyan independence movement and should be recognized and supported by the government.

“I have negotiated with Sakaja, and we have agreed that this church had a significant contribution to the country’s liberation war. Said the President.
