Naivasha residents woke up with shocking news on Monday, October 6, after a prominent agent of M-moneyJane Wanjiru, found dead.

His body was discovered near the Delamere farm along the Nakuru -Nairobi highway, drawing police and locals to the scene.
Earlier police reports showed that Wanjiru, 30, may have been sexually abused and killed elsewhere before his body was thrown along the road.
The bad discovery was made by passers -by early in the morning heading to work, who saw something on the road and, after looking, realized it was a woman’s body.

Naivasha County Police Commander Antony Keter confirmed that Wanjiru had his friends at an entertainment hall in Gilgil sub -county before his death.

“The body had no bruises; perhaps he was poisoned. A dead examination will identify the cause of death, which is important for ongoing investigation,” Keter said, adding that the case is administered by DCI detectives.
Friends referred to Wanjiru as a humble and hardworking woman who had run the M-Pesa Kiosk in Naivasha for several years. They said his sudden death left the community in surprise, as there were no known conflicts or conflicts.
Wanjiru disappears after meeting someone who does not know him
A close friend who spoke anonymously told the Nation that on Sunday, Wanjiru, who was also the mother of one child, left her home to a salon in the city of Naivasha to brush her hair. At the salon, he received several series of calls from number one, forcing him to meet.
After receiving regular calls, it is said that he asked the model to let him leave, and promised to return the next day to finish his hair. That was the last time for him to appear alive.
“He left the salon to meet someone who kept calling. He never returned. His body was found several days later on the road. We urge the police to speed up the investigation,” the friend said.
