The Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K) has threatened to separate the opposition if the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) under the administration of former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua will decide to nominate a candidate in the Malava election.

The small election was due to the death of Malulu Injendi, who was serving his third term as a member of parliament. Inkendi died in February this year.

Why did the DCP party’s party withdrew from the North Mbeere elections
