A shocking and spread CCTV has caught a police officer for a hooliganism after filling his fuel car at the shell fuel station.

The official named asp Clive Nsiima Barigye was seen slapping a female employee at the oil station saying he did not care that CCTV was recording him.
In a video distributed online by NBS, the officer was heard boasting of the employee, asking him if he had ever driven his car.
It is reported that he was upset after he was asked to pay for his fuel at the Kampala station, Uganda.
“Have you ever drove that kind of car? How much money have I spent here? Do you think I can run with Sh 30,000?” He left as the worker stared at him without saying a word.

When he finished threatening him he lifted his palms and slapped the woman in the face and left her in a completely stain.

The other employees were able to speak after the officer left the center and explained that they had been trying to apply for his payment because he wanted to leave for free.

“We are aware of a video spreading online showing a man attacking a female attendant at our Shell Kyanja service center at 5:53 pm October, 7 2025.
On Wednesday, Ugandan police also confirmed that the police officer was arrested, after the video spread to a stir on social media.
Women police officers visit abused girls
In other news, a team of officers from the National Police Service (NPS) expressed sympathy when they visited a family that was dismissed in Njoro to provide humanitarian assistance.
The officers were responding to a sad case that highlighted the misery of two sisters from Kenana Primary School.
During the visit, female officials held private talks with the two brothers, encouraging them to restore their faith and continue their studies.
