In showing exciting sympathy, mountain judge Benmark Ekhubi gave KSh 500 to a defendant named Ibrahim Kidero to buy milk and bread.

The incident began when Judge Ekhubi asked the defendant if he was treated properly while in the industry.

“Are you in custody, are you ok? Are you eating well?” The judge laughed

At that moment, Kidero who is the driver of Three He told the judge that while being treated well, he was hungry.

In a sign of compassion, Ekhubi asked Kidero what he would like to eat, and he chose milk and bread, which, in counting, would cost KSh 120.

However, the judge gave the defendant KSh 500 and ordered that he be escorted to buy the goods.
