The president reminded the delegates that 2025 celebrated 20 years since the Ezulwini agreement with the Sirte Declaration, a historic agreement that defined Africa’s joint position on the United Nations reform.
Ruto criticized the international board for repeatedly ignoring Africa’s call to be included in decisions that often affect the continent.
