A Nairobi man participated in traumatic events that led to Denis Kasyoki’s death in a fatal accident on Sunday night, September 21, Athi River.

Mulinge, a close friend of the rich man for more than 15 years, reported that they had greeted together on the weekend, but drove to return home early on Sunday.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Mulinge said when he arrived at his house, he went to bed and woke up at midnight and got missed many phones from his friends.

“I phoned one in the back and they informed me that Kasyoki had been involved in an accident and that the truck container had crashed into his car. I woke up and immediately to Green Park. Mulinge said.

When he arrived at the scene of the accident, it was two o’clock in the morning. He said he went to look at Kasyoki in the remains, and found his body still warm.

Then Mulinge went to talk to Kasyoki’s co -driver, who revealed that the businessman was alive for about 30 minutes after the accident.

“In those 30 minutes, he pleaded with a fellow driver in the language of his Kamba area, asking to be saved. He said ‘bro, lift me’,” Mulinge remembered.

Mulinge’s efforts to find a Card

After arriving at the scene, Mulinge and his friend what they were thinking about was how to get a caravan to Green Park, so they could get the truck out of the Ford Ranger of Kasyoki.

“We contacted the authorities in the Athi River, and they said the crane could not move at night. I tried to explain that it was an emergency and that life was in danger, but they insisted that according to Kenha’s instructions, the crane could not move at night,” he added.

When he returned to Ford Ranger, he touched Kasyoki’s body, and this time, there was a cold.

They had to wait until 8am, on Monday when the rescue team arrived.

“Even if Kasyoki had escaped with a bleeding wound, he would not survive because the rescue squad came a few hours later, I spent all night, until we took his body out of the cross and transferred it to the mortuary,” He said.
