Leader of the Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF), Kalonzo Musyokahe explained that he received a letter from former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Explaining the contents of the letter, the party leader said that Raila invited him to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), which is scheduled for the Coast.
Responding to the letter, Kalonzo, speaking at a press conference outside Wiper headquarters in Nairobi on Wednesday, September 24, said he would not participate.
He said that the former Prime Minister invited him to participate in the ceremony as one of the founders of the ODM party.
“I can tell you what I saw on the table. Raila Odinga He sent me a letter. A very good letter warning me to attend the event, saying there would be a dinner ceremony, ” Kalonzo said.
Why will Kalonzo not participate in the ODM celebrations?
Kalonzo said that he would respond to Raila, informing him that he intends to hold a national congregation of representatives to his party, WPF, on the same day of ODM celebrations.
He stated that he had received information that the President William Ruto He will also be welcomed as a member of the founders, and therefore he will not be there.
“I will not get there, I congratulate you. I have heard Ruto will be welcome, but I will not be there.“Kalonzo said while congratulated by Wiper members.
However, he emphasized that he has great respect for Raila, confirming that he is always welcome to join the opposition if things do not succeed in his cooperation with the government Kenya first.
Referring to his long -standing political friendship with Raila, Kalonzo said he had taken a large part of his political life to support him.
“He is one of us. I respect my friend Raila Odinga. I have taken a large part of my own life to help him and help him,” Kalonzo confirmed.
