Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamumba has announced that he will not join the Democracy Party (DCP) citing dictatorship within the garment.

Initially the MP was a senior supporter of Gachagua until recently when he chose to withdraw from the position of former Deputy President.
He claims Gachagua’s side thrives with threats and coercion.
Recently the MP condemned the abuse from Gachagua supporters after comforting the family of Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah, whose father died on September 4.
Wamuchomba said his sympathy to the family of Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah has brought him the political upheaval he is facing.

Despite his political differences with the Kikuyu MP, Walumba relevant to the abandoned family, citing closeness to some of their relatives.

Wamumba explained how his sympathy to the Ichung’wah family brought about political interpretations.
Now he says the enemies have grown and they are leaning on their words against him on a sign he showed to the mourning family.
“Sadly, to be a victim of compassion. Sending my condolences to the Outheasters after the death of the elder has cost my peace and dignity,” Wamumba said.
According to the Motumba, his new opponents have chosen to forget his volunteer political movements, which he developed for the benefit of the weak, and named as a traitor.
“I have fought for women’s rights to be prevented from parliament and lost wages.
I have fought for the rights of farmers and the dignity of vulnerable people.
I have defended them against being detained and illegally arrested are now invading me for unconfirmed allegations – for rumors, “he complained.
