One family in Orata, Kitengela, Kajiado County, is sinking in sadness following the death of their son.

The 38 -year -old man is allegedly killed by his 24 -year -old wife who stabbed him on the thigh on Sunday, September 14.
Following the incident, it is said that the woman phoned her husband, Reuben Njuguna, and confessed to the knife.
What happened between Kitengela couple?
The man was rushed to hospital but sadly he was overwhelmed with severe bleeding.
The couple had returned from the church when they encountered an altercation that led to the death of the people.
According to Rueben Njuguna, the couple has been facing the problems that are going on in their marriage.
“We had them in the church, and we left home with a good spirit at twelve o’clock in the evening. My son said he was heading home, and from there, we do not understand what started the controversy that ended in the tragedy,” Said Njuguna.
She went on to explain that her mother -in -law had previously stabbed her husband in the chest and even followed her to her parents’ home in another incident to attack her.
One of the neighbors who witnessed the tragic incident, explained that they heard the deceased scream from inside the house and rushed to look at what was going on.
“He shouted immediately, saying, ‘This woman kills me,’ and then she kept quiet. The neighbor remembered.
He said the man lost a lot of blood in the crime area while looking for a way to carry him and take him to the hospital. Another neighbor mentioned that they did not know what caused the dispute between the couple.
The 24 -year -old was arrested and is currently detained at Kitengela police station, awaiting court.
Her husband’s body was transferred to the corpse of the Kitengela West Hospital.
