In a statement on his social network, the president of Lsk Faith Odhiambo said the protests named Purple Ribbon March aim to claim justice and ensure accountability.
He also called on all lawyers under the LSK and the public to come out in large numbers to strengthen the call for justice to the killed attorney.
“The @lawsocietyofke will hold a purple protest against the brutal killing of senior Kyalo Mbobu. We invite all members of the community and the general public to stand in solidarity when we claim justice,” It said the Faith statement in part.
When will the LSK protest take place?

This comes a few days after Mbobu was shot dead by unknown people on a motorcycle on his way home.

The LSK president was among the Kenyans who mourned Mbobu while condemning the act. He referred to the killings as an attack aimed at intimidating lawyers in the country.
