During the Constitutional Day celebrations in KICC on Wednesday, August 27, Raila called for the re -evaluation of the 2010 Constitution.

Why does Raila oppose MPs to manage the NG-CDF?

The former prime minister urged the re -evaluation of all laws that establish national institutions or funds with responsibilities that can be done by the county.

According to Raila, the Constitution orders MPs only to make representation, law and oversight.

Raila acknowledged that his call for the cancellation of the NG-CDF had made him dislike by MPs, but insisted he would not change his position on the issue.

Why did MPs criticize Raila Odinga?

As previously reported, several MPs, from the ODM and the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), strongly criticized the former prime minister.
