How did the Kisii drug addict avoid the arrest?
Nacada Chief Executive Officer Anthony Omerikwa confirmed that Nyabira, who is facing a drug trafficking case in Kisii court, escaped before the officers were closed.
He referred to the suspect as a accustomed illegitimate businessman who resumed his illegal business despite the initial invasion and cases in court.

Records captured from Nyabira’s residence showed that a few hours before the invasion, he had given marijuana traders worth more than KSh 1 million.
His wife, among the arrested, was detained at Nyanchch police station while the detectives focused on the stage.
