Bungoma boy surprises the villagers by wearing a dog dress, declaring sincere love to him

They say the dog is a true human friend, and to a young man from Emabusi village, Bumula, Bungoma County, this proverb is not controversial.

Branton Wanjala formed a unique relationship that could not be broken with a street dog who rescued him, treating him not only as a breeding animal but as a loyal and close friend.

Where did Branton Wanjala meet with Lion?

Wanjala said he met the dog, Lion, when he returned home from school and started playing with him.

“I could stoned the Lion, but the more I did, the more he approached me, and I decided to take him home and take care of him,” He said.

Wanjala noted that he sends the dog whenever he goes, and often in the market, people look in surprise and even photograph.

He added that the motivation to dress up for Lion and keep him clean stems from what he learned at school about caring for home -based animals. He put on a lion of green and white shorts, a dull black shirt, and a black eagle.

A close relationship between them was clear when Simba let his owner carry him and hugged him while lying comfortably in his hands.

The two friends played together, Wanjala throwing a playing device with Lion protecting it and then catching it.

“I give him a meal of porridge, porridge and meat.”Narrated the Wanjala.

Wanjala said he plans to teach Lion to be more obedient, as well as teach him to protect himself and play.
