According to police, the two met in the house of a woman they were romantically involved.

How a Kitui police officer killed two women

The tragedy took place on Sunday, July 3, when a police officer at Kanyonyoo police station allegedly shot his girlfriend and another woman in Kitui County.

The suspect, identified by the name of Police Constable Bernard Siambe, is said to have been in the process of reporting but left the center with an AK-47 rifle with 30 bullets.

According to people who witnessed the incident, Siambe invaded the password bar and confronted his girlfriend, Joy Mutisya, who was interacting with his friends.

When he felt dangerous and rushed to Janet Ndanu’s nearby residence, the officer followed him.

He allegedly entered the house and killed them by shooting mutisya with his friend, Judy.

Following the shooting, the responsible citizen informed the station commander.
