How did Eric Omondi help the family of Githurai?
In another news, Eric made a heart -tasting visit to the school for two young boys from Githurai who were serving their sick mother in bed, Millicent Maina.
The mother’s condition was first described by actor Dorea Chege and her boyfriend Dj Dibull, which revealed that Millicent had been in bed for four years fully relying on her son.
Eric was deeply touched by the situation and when he visited the family at home, he was surprised to find an 11 -year -old man in charge of his mother’s oxygen.
He immediately launched a fundraising campaign that received great support from donors.
Eric accompanied the older boy, Simon, and his younger brother, Sammy, to their school, where they were happily welcomed by the students and teachers.
Simon has a dream of becoming a doctor, and Eric presented to Stetoskopu.
The school praised the boys for doing well academically despite major home challenges.
Eric used the opportunity to thank Dorea and Dibull for raising the issue and urging Kenyans to continue supporting the family.
Many suggested the children receive psychological advice to help them address the stress they went through.
