The accident happened in Kithimani, along the Nairobi-Garissa highway in Machakos County.
Confirming the incident, the MP expressed his deep sadness through a heart -tasting message he posted on his Facebook account.

An online photo shows a white car that is believed to have left the road and collapsed on the terrace. The reality of the accident has not yet been confirmed by the relevant authorities.

What happened in the Bukembe market?
Elsewhere, a four-car accident occurred near the Bukembe market on Webuye-Bungoma Road, Bungoma County, where it involved a Greenline bus, a saloon car, a trailer, and a truck.
The accident started with a private car collision with a bakery truck near the Roja Village Resort village, where the driver of the car died instantly while a female passenger was seriously injured.
A few minutes later, a Greenline bus traveling from Nairobi and carrying more than 65 passengers hit the high -speed truck.
The conflict caused the bus to lose focus and overturn several times, thus increasing the magnitude of the disaster.
