Bishop Allan Kiuna, founder of the Jubilee Christian Church (JCC), was considered one of the richest pastors in Kenya.

Kiuna died at a hospital in Nairobi while receiving myeloma treatment, a type of blood cancer that can be controlled but does not have complete cure.

The JCC (Jubilee Christian Church) confirmed his death through a press statement in 2024 and asked for privacy for the disaster -related family.

With his wife, the pastor Kathy Kiunathey lived in a luxury palace located on the prestigious Runda street.

Does Kiuna Hall have a swimming pool?

At one time, they invited church members to visit their house as a testimony of how God blessed them.

Such luxury shelters have many luxury features, including a private swimming pool.

Their luxury house in Runda, which attracted the public after its photos were distributed online several years ago, showcase their success and faith.

The palace has several floors and is decorated with elegant yellow and cream colors.

The front area of the house is decorated with beautiful gardens, skillfully arranged stone paths, and beautifully stripped trees.

How big is the palace?

Considering the size and design of the house, it is possible to have more than six bedrooms.

Photos from the church event showed the back of the house with a tent and a quiet path to pass, marking a quiet place in the palace – namely the inner garden of the compound.

Did Kathy and Kiuna borrow to buy JCC Parklands?

In another news, Pastor Kathy revealed that she and her late husband took a loan of KSh 250 million 15 years ago to buy JCC Parklands.

For many years, they had already paid KSh 430 million including interest, and they thought the debt was about to end.

However, after Kiuna’s death, Kathy was shocked when he was informed by the bank that they were still owed 196 million KSh.

She remembered her husband telling her before she died: “Don’t worry, God has already taken the helm, everything will be okay.”

How much did the bank cancel the debt?

Just three weeks after his death, the bank phoned him and told him that KSh 120 million of the debt had been canceled.

This reduced debt to KSh 74 million.

Kathy, ready to sell their house to pay off the debt, sought help from the Church Prophet.

In a series of amazing events, the apostle invited friends and church members, and in just an hour, they were able to fully collect KSh 74 million.

Later, Kathy announced that the church is now debt no longer debt (“Debt-Free”), thanking God and the support of their community of believers for the financial miracle.
