One Kenyan suggested to him, in his post as a member of the National Assembly, to submit a motion to initiate the process of removing the President.
“I always see her Grandpa Owino on protection; They are shocked. If he wants Ruto to go, why can’t he submit an argument in parliament? “ He placed the Kenyan who was identified by X as Nyaf’s head.

In Kenya, the two constituencies have the freedom to sue the president.
The process of ousting the President in Kenya
It should begin in the national parliament, where the delegate is the one who funds the prosecution.
The reasons for the prosecution included serious violations of the Constitution or any other law, if the President committed crime under national or international law, and extreme misconduct.
The motion must be supported by at least a third of all members of the Constitution of Parliament.
If approved by the National Assembly, the motion will be sent to the Senate, where the relevant President will be judged, either in a general session or special committee.
The president is given the opportunity to defend himself in any platforms approved by the senior parliament to prosecute the charges.

On the part of the Special Committee, the Senators team will submit a report before the session on its results and recommendations, where the whole council will discuss and make its decision.
If at least two -thirds of the senators vote to support the prosecution, the president will resign.
Kenya has never witnessed the presidential event being resolved.
The closest was the Second Deputy President, Rigathi Gachaguawho was dismissed in October last year.
His case was opened at the Senate session, where many members voted to bring him home.
While this is happening, Ruto has ignored any attempts to interrupt his term.
Speaking in Nairobi on Wednesday, July 9, the president touched on his opponents’ conspiracy to cause violence and created freedom of revolution.
He said Kenya is a constitutional and law -led democracy, demanding that his ambassador wait until 2027 when they have the opportunity to remove him from office.
