Popular fitness coach and influencer Frankie Just Gym It has left tongues wagging after he revealed that smooching is not complete unless there is a little spit involved.
The father of four has revealed that he spits in his partner’s mouth when engaging in a passionate French kiss.
The revelation came during a conversation on Glitch Africa Studios’ podcast segment Throwback Confessions, where he featured alongside Ugandan influencer Christine Nampeera and King Kalala.
While discussing first kiss experiences, King Kalala recalled an uncomfortable moment that made her dislike French kissing.
“There was this boy called Melvin; he was my brother’s friend, and he was fine. This is so embarrassing, I’m not gonna lie, but when he kissed me, he put his tongue… When you are kissing me, put that tongue back in your mouth. Just don’t put your tongue in my mouth; it is disgusting,” she shared.
Nampeera, amused and curious, asked, “So you don’t French kiss?”
Frankie responded with a shocking admission: “That is how you kiss; I even spit in your mouth.”
Nampeera immediately expressed her concern, noting that the whole ritual did not sound hygienic.
“Frankie, I’m in between you guys, not that I don’t want to, but be hygienic about it. Don’t spit in my mouth.”
Frankie tried to reassure her, saying, “But I brush my mouth.”
He went on to explain his approach to kissing, explaining that kissing is a passionate moment, and it requires going all out and being messy to be in the moment.
“You put your tongue in there, you bite their lips, you slightly drool into their mouth. Kissing is very sensual; you need to be in the moment.”
Frankie’s love life
Frankie, whose real name is Frankie Kiarie, is no stranger to the limelight. Aside from his fitness content, he is known for his public relationships with media personality Maureen Waititu and lawyer-turned-influencer Corazon Kwamboka. He shares four children with the two women: two sons with Maureen and a son and daughter with Corazon.
Both relationships were highly publicised and ended in widely discussed breakups. Frankie later offered public apologies to both women, acknowledging the emotional pain caused during their time together.
His breakup with Corazon was confirmed in 2022 when she shared a heartfelt post online saying she had chosen herself over the relationship. Since then, Frankie has been co-parenting and says he prioritises peace and stability for his children.
