A video clip showing the president William Ruto Pledging to build a church in the Kenyan palace has sparked debate across Kenya.

The video emerged when satellite photos confirmed the construction of the stability of a large religious building within the safest area of the country.
Did Ruto vow to build a White House?
The video, captured on Sunday, July 17, 2022, during a worship service at the Joy In Christ Fellowship in Juja, Kiambu County, shows Ruto, a former deputy president, publicly announcing his intention to build what he called “the great church, the altar” in the White House.
His brave declaration came just weeks before the fierce competition that would eventually hand over the presidency.
Ruto criticized critics at the time, saying it was his personal goal to ensure Kenya remains a God -fearing nation.
“I found in the newspaper today it was written.
“Even building an altar at the White House is our main agenda. We built one in the Hustlers Hall and we faced a few challenges. He said.
How was Ruto’s promise to build a church?
The statement by the head of state was received in the church at the time.
His audience included his departed deputy Rigathi Gachagua and other Mount Kenya leaders who have differed him.
Is Ruto Building Church in the White House?
Now, almost three years after the 2022 elections, the promise of the head of state seems to take a real shape.
A Nation’s investigation revealed that a large structure is already increasing inside the palace, near the president’s helicopters.
Architectural programs indicate that the building will be able to stay 8,000 people and are expected to cost around KSh 1.2 billion.

Created by Skair Architects Limited, a structure similar to the cathedral combines modern glory with modern fines, illuminating long windows, twin roof crosses, and a popular central tower.
Inside, the church is lined with amphitheatre style in appearance and comfort, four prayer rooms, and a large family space.
At night, LED lights and glass entries give the building a beautiful and clear look.
The emergence of the project has raised concerns about the fog of lines between religion and rule.
