Forex traders Sammy Boy and Kenyan Prince may have buried the hatchet if a new video shared by Prince on Instagram, showing him and his erstwhile rival enjoying a meal at an eatery in Voi en route to Diani for Summertides, is anything to go by.

In the clip, which was first posted by dancer Kendi Christine, who had accompanied the two on the road trip alongside her boyfriend Josh Wonder, the once-warring forex moguls could be seen in visibly cheerful spirits, enjoying each other’s company on the sunny Thursday of July 3, 2025.

Also part of the vibrant convoy were dancer Dance General and content creator Yagga, and Prince could be seen sitting right next to Sammy Boy in the video.

Prince was animatedly speaking with a high-spirited tone while Sammy Boy captured the moment on camera as the group soaked in the jovial stopover before continuing with their road trip to Diani.

Each of the four, apart from Kendi, was behind the wheel of their own luxury car, and throughout the journey, they consistently updated their fans with eye-catching videos and glossy photographs of their escapades.

Bitter feud

The unexpected reunion of the self-proclaimed millionaires comes only months after they were locked in a no-holds-barred clash over who truly wears the crown when it comes to flaunting wealth, ranging from luxury automobiles to lifestyle flamboyance and financial prowess.

The online drama, which unfolded in June 2024, was sparked after Sammy Boy appeared on Oga Obinna’s show and claimed full credit for having introduced Prince to the world of forex trading.

“Do not compare me to Kenyan Prince, please. I know him, and I taught him forex. The problem is that I do not want people to view me as his god. I drive a Ksh12 million car, a GLE. I bought it two years ago. I am building a mansion worth Ksh25 million,” Sammy Boy told Obinna with a confident flair.

Not one to let his name be dragged through the mud, Prince clapped back, insisting that Sammy Boy’s statement lacked logic and merit, asserting that he was the one with deeper pockets, and it is simply unheard of for a student to surpass their teacher in wealth.

Prince also brushed off Sammy Boy’s claims about constructing a Ksh25 million mansion, questioning the credibility of the statements unless tangible evidence could be produced.

“Did you see that house? Do you have any proof that the house he posted is his?” he asked pointedly during a separate interview.

In response, and as a show of financial might, Sammy Boy unveiled a new Audi TT similar to one Prince already owned and declared that he had purchased it merely to prove that he was wealthier and had plenty to throw around without blinking.

He went further and demanded respect from Prince, urging him to find someone of his age bracket with whom he could keep exchanging social media tirades.

“Prince should respect me and look for someone in his age group. In short, I bought this car, I projected it, and I want to give it a decent body kit so that we can have the finest Audi TT in town. Yes. And I will keep it on display,” Sammy Boy said.
