However, he appeared on Thursday, July 3, with information about where he was and why he chose to disappear.
Kinyaga arrived at the Mountains Court with his loved ones and his attorney, Kibe Mungai.
His lawyer said that he looked weak and appeared to be traumatic.
“I urge this court to give me time and family to talk to him secretly and privately. At any time starting next week, we ask that we return so we can help in court,” Mungai said.

Did Ndiangui Kitaga hide?
According to the blogger and Tehama expert, he hid after discovering that detectives from the criminal investigative department were following him.
He told his family that he feared for his life, which made him stay in hiding for a while.
Ndisui confirmed that he was ready to cooperate with the authorities and even arrived in court, on condition that his security should be confirmed.
