The family of the blogger and a technological specialist, who had been reported to have disappeared since last week, has confirmed that he is alive, safe with a healthy man.

In a statement issued by their lawyer, Wahome Thuku, on Thursday, July 3, it was revealed that Kigaga contacted a family member on Tuesday evening.

It is said that he was speaking from an unknown place where he was hiding after he realized that detectives from the Criminal Investigation Department (DCI) were searching for him on suspicion of misunderstanding.

According to the statement, Kinyaga told the family that he was afraid of his life, which made him hide.

Will Ndimangui be brought to court?

His legal team has advised him to present him to the High Court in the mountains on Thursday, July 3, at 11am, a move they believe will ensure justice and transparency.
