A Milimani High Court judge has directed the police not to arrest blogger Ndiang’ui after he presented himself in court.
Issuing the directive, Justice Chacha Mwita has also ordered that the Kinoo blogger be presented to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) if need be, but he be accompanied by his lawyers.
