Mulamwah urges Presenter Kai to fully commit to marriage

Stand-up comedian and digital content creator David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, has publicly called on fellow media personality Joseph Mucira, also famously known as Presenter Kai, to redouble his efforts and fully commit to his marriage.

Taking to his official Facebook account on Monday, June 30, 2025, Mulamwah shared a cute photo of presenter Kai with his wife, Diana Yegon, expressing that he was happy for his brother and had abundantly blessed Kai.

He also urged Kai to show even more love to his wife.

“Happy for a brother, baraka tele Presenter Kai. Penda mke kabisa ….. ama namna gani,”Mulamwah urged.

In his response, the media personality supported Mulamwah’s sentiments, saying that the comedian had urged him to love his wife wholeheartedly.

Mulamwah’s advice comes days after the media personality slammed critics for lecturing him about overposting his wife.

Taking to his official social media channels on June 28, 2025, Kai blasted haters who were constantly against him posting Diana, stating that his wife has now become a topic of discussion in the online corridors

Ever since their wedding, Kai has attracted backlash from netizens, who are advising him to keep his life private.

“My wife, Diana Yegon, has now become a topic for you people,” presenter Kai said.

Wedding

The two lovebirds tied the knot in a colourful ceremony that made headlines.

The couple’s wedding journey kicked off with a traditional engagement ceremony in Nakuru County on April 12, 2025, followed by a vibrant white wedding on April 19 at Kitsoeni Primary Grounds in Kilifi South.

The event was full of flair, with Kai stepping out in a mint green suit while Diana dazzled in a flowing white gown, drawing praise for her Cinderella-like look.

The star-studded celebration was attended by high-profile guests, including Kilifi Governor Gideon Mung’aro and Mumias East MP Peter Salasya. The newlyweds thrilled guests with a heartfelt dance, while Diana’s solo performance at the reception stole the show.
