Popular YouTube couple Gee Ng’ang’a and Vinny Flava have officially gone their separate ways.
In a heartfelt statement shared on Instagram on Monday, June 29, 2025, Gee confirmed the end of their relationship, describing the decision as deeply personal and one that comes after a period of soul-searching and honest reflection.
“I hope this message finds you well. Today, I’m sharing something deeply personal with a mix of emotions. After much reflection and heartfelt consideration, Vinny Flava and I have decided to part ways and end our relationship,” Gee wrote on Instagram.
The couple, who rose to fame through their shared YouTube platform, Gee Nganga, had become a beloved pair online, documenting their relationship journey, fun challenges, and everyday life with refreshing authenticity that resonated with thousands of fans across the country.
Their chemistry and charm had turned them into one of Kenya’s most recognisable digital duos.

In her emotional message, Gee Ng’ang’a acknowledged the beautiful memories they had created together, the growth they experienced as a couple, and the unwavering support from their online community.
However, she made it clear that the time had come to take separate paths, both in love and in content creation.
“This decision was not easy. We have shared incredible memories, grown together, and built a journey that so many of you have supported through our YouTube channel, Gee Nganga. For that, I will always be grateful not just for the love between us, but for the love you showed us along the way,” she said.
She further announced that she would no longer be part of the Gee Nganga YouTube channel, citing a need to focus on her healing, personal development, and the next chapter of her life.
“Moving forward, I will no longer be part of the Gee Nganga YouTube channel. I am choosing to focus on my healing, personal growth, and what lies ahead. Change is never simple, but I believe this is the healthiest path for both of us,” she added.
In a bid to maintain a connection with her followers, Gee Ng’ang’a revealed that she has launched a new solo platform, where she plans to continue creating content, sharing her personal journey, and starting anew under her own name and vision.
While she asked for privacy and understanding during this transitional phase, she expressed deep gratitude to fans who have supported the couple throughout their journey, describing their encouragement as a source of strength.
