Nairobi – Interior Minister Kipchumba Murkomen has broken his silence over the violence witnessed during the Gen Z.

Murkomen added that the Kenyan government first strives to restore normal and security in affected areas in the country.

Was the Gen Z protests funded?

Kenyan MP Njoroge Wainaina, was arrested at his main store in Nyeri after being signed by protesters. He locked himself in one of the rooms until the calm returned.
Last year, Wainaina’s main store was destroyed and the property of millions was looted.
Gachagua has denied involvement in the June 25 protest.
How many people died during the Gen Z protests?
In related information, the Independent Police Management Authority (IPOA) revealed that more than ten people were killed and 207 were injured during the protests of General Z.
IPOA said it had initiated an investigation, considering that police allegedly shot some of the dead.
