Nairobi, Kenya: A blogger identified as Ndimangui Kyagia suddenly disappeared after police reportedly raided his house and picked up his laptop and phone.

According to Advocate Whome Thuku, officials from the Criminal Investigations Department (DCI) arrived at a Kunoo settlement in Kinoo at 2pm at night, where they held talks with the security guard for several hours before being allowed to break the house at 9pm.
