Justin Namiso, a close friend of the family, told TUKO.co.ke That Elijah, a teacher at Namasanda Junior Secondary School, disappeared on May 22.
He explained that the young man had major plans for his future and had already begun to build a house.
“On that day of disaster, he did not come to school. His colleagues thought he was at home in charge of his project, with his family thinking he was in school since Thursday,” said Namiso.
Namiso revealed that Elijah was very busy and had come out to buy a motorcycle on May 12.
“At present, he is invisible, and the family also can’t find his motorcycle. His phone is off,” he added.
While shocked by his disappearance, the family monitored his phone, and showed that his last location was Webuye.
The worried family submitted a report of a lost man at the Kimilili police station on May 30, but so far all efforts to find him have been in vain.
“The family is very worried because he has never left without informing anyone,” said Namiso.
He referred to Elijah as a quiet, gathered young man, and diligent. The family is now calling on anyone who may have seen Elijah or has information about where he reported to the police station near him.
