Photos from the Camera Camera at Mbagathi Hospital have shown how the police were late before sending Albert Ojwang for medical assistance.

The blogger was carried behind a police car, which arrived at the hospital at 1:35 am on Sunday, June 8, parked along the ambulance.
The car consisted of three officers sitting in front with the driver.
Ojwang who had been cut off was back alone.
How CCTV caught Albert Ojwang at Mbagathi Hospital
The uniform officers went down and was seen talking as they made a movement around the parking area.
A few seconds after their arrival, they appear to be at the hospital to involve the clients before returning to the parking area.
At the parking lot, the officers are chatting on their own, before entering the hospital at 1:46 in the morning, after which they leave the hospital to the parking lot, this time with a white bed.
They seem to be offended by the time and urgency of the emergency.
At 1:50 am, officers prepare a stretcher bed behind the car, removing the body.
Then they walk it and cover it with a white cloth to the hospital at 1:59 am, with the hospital’s guard assisting them at the main entrance.
The officers remained in the hospital for about 10 minutes, appearing to release the body at 2:10 am, after doctors confirmed that Ojwang had died.
One of the officers had a document, perhaps a doctors’ report after assessing Ojwang.
They took the body back into the car and left at 2:15 am.

Later in his report seen by TUKO.co.ke, Mbagathi Resident Medical Officer, Shah Mitali, said Ojwang was brought to the hospital with no answer, without acute breathing, and no cardiovascular activity.
His whole body was cold, his face seemed to swell, many bruises on his head, bruises on the area of oxygen and bruises on his legs and hands.

The Independent Police Managing Authority (IPOA) is primarily investigating the killing of the blogger.
A detailed officer as commander of the Police Station, Samson Talam, and Constable James Mukhwana, a guard who was turned on when Ojwang was put inside.
The arrest of the deceased followed a complaint against him by Deputy Inspector General of Police Eliud Lagat, who had reported to him to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) a serious offense for allegedly defaming him.
