The comedian who turned into a sponsor, Eric Omondiwho is leading an online donation campaign, he shared a video introducing Albert’s family to the public.

The wife and child of the murdered teacher appeared in public for the first time since her sad death.

“I brought his mother Albert, his wife, and their son to visit Elder Meshack here in Nairobi,” Eric said.

The video showed his wife, Nevnine Onyango, their young son Myles Omondi, his mother Eucabeth Ojwang, and his father Meshack Ojwang, sitting with Eric as he made a statement about the contribution of the people.

Eric confirmed that he was helping the family get a paybill number to facilitate the money raising process, and asked a little patience from donors.

“We are in a little emergency because Kenyans have shown so much help. They are sending a lot of money and we are very grateful. We will set up a paybill number as a great way to help this family,” Eric said.

When did Kenyans start to help the Ojwang family ‘?

According to TUKO.co.ke’s statement, the murdered blogger moved his body from Nairobi City Mortuary to Chiromo Funeral Parlor for better pre -funeral preservation.

Activist Hussein Khalid confirmed the move, saying Albert’s body was moved on June 10, for consultation with the family.

He added that the funeral permission had been issued, and the family had planned to meet to complete the funeral preparations.
