Kenyan singer Nadia Mukami, popularly known as the African Popstar or the Queen from the East, has announced that she will begin her babymoon as she enters the final stage of her pregnancy.
Speaking on a podcast on Sunday, June 8, 2025, Nadia revealed that the trip will start on Monday, June 9, 2025. She said she plans to tour several destinations with her family as they prepare to welcome their second child.
Nadia, who is married to fellow artist Ali Watuba Etale, known as Arrow Bwoy, said she will start the trip alone since her husband has a show to attend.
Her first stop will be Limuru. After that, she will be joined by Arrow Bwoy for the next leg of the babymoon, including a trip to Zanzibar.
“I am about to start my babymoon tomorrow. I will be travelling with my people. For tomorrow, Ali won’t be available; he has a show, and since I am free, I will be going alone. For this, I will be going to Limuru, then to Zanzibar, then close it before I am done,” Nadia said.
She said the babymoon is meant to help her relax and bond with her family before giving birth. Nadia confirmed she is in her third trimester and expects to deliver soon.
