The two politicians formed a broader government of unity, in which three ODM members were given the main position in the government.

Speaking in Homa Bay County on Friday, May 30, Raila defended him Ruto Despite the opposition to their ‘poverty’.

Raila praised the government, saying it was now fulfilling what he expected when he nominated the presidency in 2022.

For his part, Ruto said he partnered with Raila to bring about development across the country. He emphasized that they would not allow opponents to distract them.

Beyond their speech, the language of their bodies showed great proximity, regarded as sincere friends.

They all wore the same colorful hats, as well as the bright -colored shirts.

When they inaugurated the headquarters of the Rangwe Division, they addressed the crowd. Raila was inside Ruto’s car and spoke through the ceiling of the car.

Ruto was resting, even putting one foot on the ceiling while Raila was addressing the public.

Another photo showed the politicians together with the minister John Mbadi and MP Peter Kaluma. Raila seemed to say something funny, all holding hands and laughing happily.

In the modern Homa Bay market, Ruto was shown how to prepare fish while Raila was looking.

At one point, Ruto cooked fish and Raila prepared to add salt.

Nicodemus Mong’are, Youth Leader and a young politician from Eldorethe told TUKO.co.ke that Ruto-Raila’s joint competition in 2027 would be terrible.

“The issue will be who will run for the presidency and who will be second. Political trust changes and depends on the benefits of all sides. If Raila still has a presidential dream in 2027, it can lead to differences.”

Charlene Ruto reprimanded Kenyans

Elsewhere, Charlene Ruto sparked debate after urging Kenyans to stop blaming leaders and being responsible citizens.

He wanted people to wonder if they were expecting a quick solution to difficult problems and encouraged to participate fully in development.

His statement sparked different views, some supporting it while others criticized the leadership he supported.
