The incident became apparent after a sad video spread online, capturing the frustrated grandfather, James Muiruri, facing Igegania Level 4 hospital staff.
In the incomprehensible clip, James appears to be tied up in a fierce dispute, holding his grandson’s corpse while accusing the hospital guard and medical team for failing to provide timely service.
Eric was touched by the video and reached out to James and visited his home in Gatundu.

Eric participated in the incident on social media, revealing how James was disappointed, recounting in agony after the death of his grandson.
“The police came, I told them to shut me down and tie the baby too, because I was asking, ‘How could they get a car to take the baby to the mortuary, but still alive, there is no car to help him?'” James explained in tears.
Eric also shared the touching pictures of the baby, whose life was sadly interrupted, and aroused many emotions from users of social networks.
He met the boy’s mother, James’s daughter, who revealed that the baby was only 11 months old and was named James Muiruri from his grandfather.
