Giving evidence under the Witness Defense Agency program, the Witness narrated how he had been reached by the first defendant, Victor Ouma Okoth – who is also known by the name of Sisco and Govins – to assist in an unnamed operation.

“When they returned, their faces had changed. Sisco wore a black jacket and had a gun while he was wearing a US military jacket and also carried an AK-47 rifle,” ODPP said.

The witness explained to the court how chief suspect Victor Ouma paid him to transport them during the kidnapping of Willis Ayieko.
