Did Kimani refuse the gift of KSh 1 million?
The MP had launched a campaign to support and respect celebrities who made a significant contribution to the community by involving friends, fellow politicians and business leaders to collect KSh 1 million.
Earlier benefits include content producer Sarah, who was praised for his positive effect, and comedian Henry Desagu, who needed help from mental health challenges.
In his latest support stage, MP Kururia involved his online supporters to elect them between two respected gospel publishers – Philip Kimani and Dr. Sarah K – explaining that the winner should be a God -fearing man, a good manner and who has not turned his gift into business.
“We had suggested that we recognize a true gospel singer who was saved by his actions. The one who preaches the gospel with justice and without dirty drama. Someone who has not sold his gift with lust. wrote the MP.
However, in a humble and unexpected response, Kimani respectfully rejected the gift, saying that the great support he received during the voting was a good gift for him.
“A study you performed a few months ago, where I was listed among those who made the gospel as gospel through music, gave me great motivation. I have realized that our fans love not only good music but also the singer’s feature. He wrote Kimani on Facebook, thanking his fans and wishing him the winner of all the blessed.
Kimani’s decision created a hybrid sensation on the internet, with many praising its integrity.
Shortly thereafter, Dr. Sarah K also rejected the appointment and recommended that the funds be used to help someone in need.
“The one million should be sent to someone in desperate need of help,” He said.
MP Kururia also reported later saying:
“I agree with you, the category we chose was not right. One million support should be directed to someone in need.”

Why did the Kururi MP suffer?
Previously, Kururia faced the blame after claiming to be president William Ruto He had intervened in the case of Margaret Nduta Macharia in Vietnam.
Nduta was sentenced to death in Vietnam for drug trafficking, which has sparked a major outbreak in Kenya.
The controversy escalated after a referral to publish a alleged response from Vietnam that opposed the apology – many questioned its legitimacy.
Kururi later canceled the post following high pressure.
