Nairobi – Homa Bay City member George Peter Kaluma has led to allegations that the ODM party is not happy with Raymond Omollo with the position of secretary in the Ministry of Interior.

In a tweet, Kaluma said the allegations that the orange party wants Omollo to be fired is baseless propaganda.

According to Kaluma, people who spread information like this do not mean properly to ODM and the basic government.
“This is a false, baseless. The ODM party has no problem with Dr. Raymond Omollo. Kaluma said.
Former police spokesman Charles Owino claimed that other ODM participants were planning to make sure Omollo was fired.
According to Owino, ODM participants have initiated the plot because of the power and influence around the PS of the interior PS, which they believe should be filled by one of them, in line with the memory of understanding between their party and the United Democratic Alliance (UDA).

Meanwhile, political analyst Billy Mijungu defended Omollo’s song record.
Mijungu said that there have been rumors, political sounds, blame games, and media reports, but none of them reduce the fact that the interior ministry has remained stable under Omollo’s stewardship.
He said that national celebrations were coordinated by Omollo without an event.
Mijungu said that under the ownership of Omollo, provincial commissioners, county commissioners, and the entire support of the government have worked in a way that shows the order, not excluded.
